These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LBH Solutions websites (including lbhsolutions.web.app and lbhsolutions-txplan.web.app), our products (StrategyPilot AI, ClinicalScript AI, and Agency HQ), and our training portal. By accessing or using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
LBH Solutions provides consulting services, software products, website development, and staff competency training for behavioral health organizations. Training modules include pre-tests, training decks, and post-tests; completion requirements and scoring thresholds (such as a 90% pass threshold) are set by us and our client agencies. Client organizations may have separate agreements (such as a Master Services Agreement) that also govern specific services.
Access to full training modules is provided through a training access PIN. Do not share a training access PIN outside your organization. The first pre-test question is offered as a public preview; all other training content requires the PIN. You agree not to misuse the portal (for example, attempting to falsify test results or disrupt the service) and not to scrape, resell, or republish training content without written permission.
Our public websites, training portal, and product workflows are designed on a zero-PHI basis. You agree not to enter protected health information (PHI), including consumer identifiers or health details, into our public forms, training portal, or any field not explicitly designated for covered data. All content on our sites and in our products — including training materials, decks, tests, text, graphics, and software — is owned by LBH Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Training materials are licensed for internal use by authorized staff of client organizations; they may not be distributed externally without written permission.
Our websites and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly provided in a signed client agreement. Training content reflects current Ohio rules and agency standards at the time of publication, but regulations change — always verify current requirements and payer-specific rules before acting. Nothing on our sites is medical, legal, or billing advice for any specific case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBH Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our websites, products, or training portal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable service in the twelve months before the claim.
Our sites link to third-party sites and use third-party infrastructure (see our subprocessor list). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
